Premium Health is hiring a Full-Time Fertility RN to join our REI team in Brooklyn!
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate RN who is passionate about fertility care and guiding patients through their family-building journey.
Requirements:
- Active NYS RN License.
- Prior professional fertility/REI nursing experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong patient education and communication skills.
- EMR proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients on fertility treatment protocols and medications.
- Review lab results and coordinate appointments.
- Provide phone triage and ongoing patient support.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered fertility care.
